These terms govern use of the Tallysheet application. By accessing a Tallysheet workspace you agree to them. If you're using Tallysheet on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf.
Your account
- Keep your credentials secure and don't share your log-in.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Submit only accurate, business-legitimate expenses.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no submitting fraudulent or non-reimbursable expenses. Your employer's expense policy also applies.
Billing
Paid plans are billed to the workspace owner per the order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans renew until cancelled.
Availability & warranty
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is," without warranties. Scheduled maintenance is posted to our status page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tallysheet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
