Tallysheet, Inc. ("Tallysheet," "we," "us") provides expense and reimbursement software to businesses. This policy explains what we collect from workspace members and how we use it. It applies to the Tallysheet application; your employer's own privacy practices govern the data they put into it.
What we collect
- Account details you or your admin provide: name, work email, role, department.
- Expense data you submit: receipts, amounts, merchants, categories, and notes.
- Usage and device data: log-ins, actions taken, IP address, and browser type.
How we use it
- To run the service — routing reports for approval, reimbursing, and reporting.
- To secure accounts and detect fraud or misuse.
- To support you and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, payments, analytics) under contract, and with your employer's workspace admins. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention
We keep expense records for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your workspace admin, or email us below.
